Restaurant Kakolanruusu is participating in the Turku Food & Fun event, which brings together international top chefs and local cuisines. During the event, the restaurant’s unique Food & Fun dinner will be served from 8.–11.10., the menu (76 €) will be published later. During the event, Sylvia Vavik-Flåten, who arrives from Norway, will be in the kitchen. Sylvia Vavik-Flåten is a Mexican-Norwegian chef, trainer and founder of Sylvia’s Mexican Kitchen. She is known for her authentic Mexican cuisine and innovative Mexican-Nordic food that combines strong cultural roots, creativity and sustainability.
